Wayne C. Exley
Wayne C. Exley (father of the current owner of Valley Discount Pharmacy, Celina Howell), opened Virgie Clinic Pharmacy Inc. in 1976. In 2008, Celina and Wayne moved locations and became Valley Discount Pharmacy.
When he passed away in August 2009, he wanted to keep the family pharmacy going, and so, his tradition continues.
